1. How long have you been playing pipes and who taught you?
I have been playing pipes since 2019 and was originally taught the chanter by my grandpa.

2. Favourite tune(s) that the band plays?
My favourite tunes that the band play is The Green Hills of Tyrol and When the Battle’s O’er.

3. Favourite tune(s) that the band does not play?
Although the band does play it im looking forward to learning The Rowan Tree.

4. Favourite trip or gig you’ve played with the band?
My favourite gig that I have played with the band was playing for the Christmas Lights Switch-on in Neilston. It was amazing to play for a big crowd, marching down the street as part of the parade.

5. Most memorable pipe band moment?
My most memorable moment is also the funniest and most embarrassing. It was the first gig I had played with the band and unbeknown to me the band wore blue socks. I turned up in brand new bright white kilt socks! No doubt everyone knew I was a newbie.

6. What is your favourite thing about being in the band? My favourite thing about being in the band is having so many patient and informative people in the band. It was helped me a lot when learning.
